Both teams were shorthanded, with Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves sidelined due to their respective injuries. Meanwhile, Stephen Curry sat out for rest as Golden State gears up for the Play-In tournament, while Kristaps Porzingis remained out with a knee issue.
The Warriors kept things within reach early, but the Lakers seized control in the third quarter before delivering a decisive 24-6 run in the fourth that put the game out of reach and allowed them to cruise to the finish.
