The Indiana Pacers secured a tough victory over the Golden State Warriors, 114-109, in a tightly contested affair in the National Basketball Association regular season Sunday morning (Manila time).

Aaron Nesmith sparked the Pacers’ offense with a massive performance of a game-high 31 points and six rebounds. All-Star Pascal Siakam provided crucial support by contributing 27 markers and five boards.

The game was a back-and-forth battle, tied at 109 with less than a minute remaining.

In a moment of pure clutch brilliance, Siakam buried a crucial three-pointer to give the Pacers the decisive lead. In desperate need of a clutch counter-attack, the Warriors turned to superstar Stephen Curry, who was unable to answer on the ensuing possession.

Guard Quenton Jackson iced the game, sinking a jump shot to seal the victory for Indiana.

The Pacers will next face division rival Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday in what promises to be an Eastern Conference showdown.

The Warriors will try to bounce back against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
