The Utah Jazz snapped a two game losing streak with a 130–126 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, ending Memphis’ two game run in a high scoring thriller that also marked Ja Morant’s return from injury.

Keyonte George stole the spotlight, erupting for a career high 39 points while knocking down difficult shots late and sinking two clutch free throws to seal the win.

Lauri Markkanen added 26 points and nine rebounds for Utah, while veteran Kevin Love chipped in 20 points and eight boards.

Morant finished with 21 points and 10 assists in his return but missed key shots in the closing moments, while Santi Aldama led the Grizzlies with 22 points.

The Jazz will visit the Dallas Mavericks on December 16, and the Grizzlies host the Los Angeles Clippers on the same day.

It's great to see Morant willing to play and willing to throw down a dunk (even though it didn't go in), that's who he is

Was the last time Kevin Love got such stats when he was LeBron's teammate on the Cavaliers?

Morant's performance in the final moments, I feel, is like a lost streetballer from the Philippines accidentally wandering onto an NBA court...
